PHC Graduate Advisor - Colton Janes

"At AFLV, I want to facilitate daily wrap-up conversations revolving around what we experienced/learned from the day’s interactions. (these conversations should be done through assessment tracking for reflection later on in the Spring semester to facilitate goal setting for Fall 2016)

I want to be aware of all chapter activities (social exchanges, philanthropies, etc) to support and foster beneficial conversations to allow individual chapters to develop positively. (awareness of activities isn’t to assume a parental role, more of a supportive role and advice)

By the end of the Spring 2016 semester, I want to see the entire Fall 2016 calendar accounted for in regards to each PHC Exec’s position. (almost every position should lead/sponsor an event for the PHC community)

A more lofty goal is to add campus collaboration with these events to build strong partnerships with campus groups who we do not regularly associate with."
